    new magazine

    I have a idea for a magazine and have been working on it part time since 2009 but this year i want to fully dedicate and build up a team. Do i need a team to help with my business plan and market research as no one wants to help me as they dont have the belief that i have in my idea.

    Well to recruit people you need to show them a business plan that is complete or atleast close to being done.
