New idea, relies on a skills of others

Hey guys,

First of all, this website is GREAT! I wish I had found it earlier.

I've had an idea for sometime now about a new business. The problem I have encountered is that the idea relies on the skills of someone else.

How would I be able to hire someone for the company without ensuring they don't break off on to their own and start the same company on their own.

Well, you can't really tell. If they have the resources, they actually do what they wanted to do and start their own business.

Well i suppose you could write up a contract and employ them under certain rules.
But you'd have to pay a lawer/solicitor to write an air tight contract.

Could take some time - and some money.

OR you could share the business with them - they wont steal from themselves.
OR you hire a company of Virtual Assistants - pricey - but if they steal then the company itself is in jeporady, they'll keep an eye on their staff.

I have the same problem ,your best bet is to come out of the gate running , if your business idea is good and there's a need for it aswell profitable people are gonna copy your business , you just have to have the better business offer quailty,lower rates and the drive to be competetive A good idea is a good idea no matter who comes up with it ,if someone is gonna make it ,why not it be you You need the workers i need to start up money, stick with it if your idea is as good as mine I wouldn't give up Pm me ,networking is key
