I'm looking for a couple of young fresh developers that are starting out or want to get their hands diry with .NET development. I'm a C# developer by trade along with 15+ years in the IT field, I hold a Bachelor's Degree in CIS - Devry University. I have worked on a lot of platforms ranging from Mainframe to AIX, SAP and the list goes on. I have 1+ years experience with .NET but my background goes back along way with Microsoft development. So what exactly is it that im looking for...a couple of recently post graduates or if you're trying to move out of ur boring IT field and would like to move forward with your skills.

Requirements....
MCTS Certified .NET (or working it)
Bachelor's Degree or of some sort.
Energetic, a team player and can get along with anyone.
At least 1+ years experience working with .NET or have been training.
Prefferably someone in their late 20's. I'm looking for young energetic people, who are serious about work, & enjoy coding.
