Need investor for food franchise

Hey I'm ken, I been thinking about franchising a food business for awhile now, and i'm still doing research for that perfect business. I have been doing research on start up costs which would be around $200,000. Just need a investor thats willing and open minded and wouldn't not mind wanting part ownership. 200k is typically for an established franchise company that has had a successful tract record and usually provides some sort of advertisement for their franchisees. So 200k sounds like a lot for a relatively new franchise

Franchising is about more than just paying for a brand and setting up -- you're going to need to dig into the Franchise Disclosure Document, and find out what the franchisor's level of involvement is going to be. Remember, they want to make money and protect their brand, so many franchisors exert tight control over their franchisees' activities.
I wrote about this for company.com last year, and a lot of franchisees don't understand that, for many of them, they're not going to be working for themselves with the kind of control over supply chain, marketing, and labor they thought they'd have.

Yeah! I agree, 200k seems to be a lot for such a new franchise. No investor is gonna gamble that amount for a franchise company that hasn't build any credibility yet.
