    I agree completely with Emma, I'd also take a swing at running the business end as well. Knowing the principles of your business is key, and sales and marketing are very important to a businesses success. When you understand how to sell and market your products properly, then you can bring in some outside help.

    This is true that to establish any type of organization the first thing is management of whole structure. for this you just create some sort of framework regarding work in your company and then recruit some reliable persons to assign these work. divide your whole work in small groups and make head of each groups. In this manner you got your desired result what you actual want.
