    How to answer "Do you have any questions for me?" in an interview?

    It's bad to say "no". However, what should be asked? About job, company or interviewer is most highly appreciated?
    And what should be avoided?

    Ask Questions!

    I've done a lot of interviews in my time and I can say when an interviewee does not ask any questions, I usually come to the conclusion that they're not very interested in the job or they aren't very bright or self-motivated. Definitely ask some questions! It shows you've done some research!

    Personal questions should be avoided. Some hiring manager ask anything, from having a husband or kids to salary, work etc.

    One easy way to show interest in the position is to ask what is the next step in the hiring process like meeting with another manager or the board, etc.

    One question I really like to ask during an interview is what is a typical day like at the company. What is typical day like for your job.

    You will gleam a ton information just based off of this one question alone and it usually leads to others questions based upon what is being described.

    A standard day at the office and the job description you read when applying are usually not as connected as one would expect.

    I found a questions list by searching Google with keyword "questions to ask interview". Here the list:
    How would you describe the responsibilities of the position?
    How would you describe a typical week/day in this position?
    Is this a new position? If not, what did the previous employee go on to do?
    What is the company's management style?
    Who does this position report to? If I am offered the position, can I meet him/her?
    How many people work in this office/department?
    How much travel is expected?
    Is relocation a possibility?
    What is the typical work week? Is overtime expected?
    What are the prospects for growth and advancement?
    How does one advance in the company?
    Are there any examples?
    What do you like about working here?
    What don't you like about working here and what would you change?
    Would you like a list of references?
    If I am extended a job offer, how soon would you like me to start?
    What can I tell you about my qualifications?
    When can I expect to hear from you?
    Are there any other questions I can answer for you?

    I have done many interviews, and you just have to know the right things to say. Be honest and you will be fine. I have learnt alot over time with this, and can say taht is all it takes. Learn and develop as time progresses. But there are some good tips here.

    Hashtable?
    Are String object Immutable, Can you explain the concept?

    We can ask about our job profiles and the structure of the organization. We should make eye to eye contact during the interview and thorough study must be done before applying the job so that no doubt will be in our mind in interview.
