How do you evaluate Franchisees?

Just wanted to check on how do we evaluate the right person for a franchise?
I am considering franchising my business.

Are you asking how to evaluate a person who wants to buy a franchise of your business? Let me ask you this have you had a lawyer prepare your FDD yet? Preparing this document which is required by law will sort of guide you through determining the eligibility of potential franchisies as you have to lay out your financials as well as the start-up/franchising fees. A good place to start is whether or not they can finacially support a franchise.
