hello can anybody help me
Hey everybody my name is mike. I live in riverside ca. I am and have been for the past two and a half years, trying to figure out how to get an online business off the ground. I want to start an automobile info site and sell information. Any ideas for a young visionary? Thanks
I am very open to any ideas in the same neighborhood I just know what I want to shoot around.

so something like carfax ? What would make yours different? what additional value would your business bring to the consumer?
-
No actually, nothing like carfax. But instead a virtul haynes manual, if you are familiar. With double the info and a 3d interactive model of the specific vehicle. In and out.
-
Got your PM, but I have no idea. What is a virtual haynes manual?... why would anyone want or need it? just asking.

Create a business plan that's iron clad, demonstrate how you'll make money, then go and raise at least $75000 from friends and family and begin the software development by hiring a good US programer (US - yes US). Going overseas has been nothing but problems for me due to the time difference and no intellectual property enforcement.
Good luck.

I say go for it. Save up the money, hire a freelancer and make it happen.

Hey,
i would recommend xt-commerce to you. It is an open source software created for simple online shops. Naturally, you can include additional informations regarding your cars.
