    Very Useful post….. When you implement small business outsourcing you can free up your time and earn more while working less. Your competition probably already has a team of outsourced employees working for them. That’s why they can bring out new products in services so much faster than you and they’re successful every time.

    but according to me whenever you start some new business you must have a proper knowledge about it and if there is some one who can help you out in that perticular business ,ask him to join you or help you while giving some good tips,so you can florish smoothly

    I definitely agree with what barbaragabogrecan said, and not just because I'm in the business myself (Virtual Assistance) but outsourcing stuff that don't necessarily require your time and effort can be of great advantage to you. Through internet and/or phone communication, you can already delegate tasks to someone and as a result, you can have more time to focus on the "real" business of your business instead of checking emails/voice mails.

    Plus, having an assistant virtually wouldn't require physical space from you so that's got to save you up some.

    I use oDesk for this, here they compete for your business, and some charge incredibly low rates (think 1.00 an hour)
