I will be starting a niche clothing store in one month and i am looking for an energetic business partner. You will have equal partnership and the profits will be shared at 50%. Initial start up capital will be £50,000 and you will need to contribute 50%. Experience in retail will be appreciated but not as much as hard work and hunger for ambitious results.

You do not necessarily have to be London based but should be available to travel to London.

Make sure you really want a partner. Having a business partner is not always easy or the best thing. Not everyone has the same work ethic or puts in the same share of work load. I had bad experiences with potential partners that weren't as committed to the business as me so just make sure if you have one then choose wisely.
