    Bad Bosses

A bad boss is one that does not share your enthusiasm for your ideas or worries. And I once thought that if that's the case don't bother even discussing them. So what about getting the boss that doesn't care to care or invest him/herself. How do you do it? Curious if anyone has any ideas.

Try writing down whatever plans you have. Write down the pros and cons, and how what you are offering him will help boost his business. If you still think this won't work, maybe try speaking to a manager instead. Express your ideas to him, and perhaps he has more of an influence over your boss and will help him get the message across.

It's quite easy to sometimes blame the boss when seen from a certain perspective
