Anyone own a Dog Daycare?

My new aspiration is to open a dog daycare, if you want to read about my passion for this business you can read my introduction that I posted recently. I know this is what I want to do, but quite frankly I am overwhelmed with all of the things that I am ignorant about being an entrepreneur. I am looking for someone who owns a dog daycare facility to help me answer some questions, but I am also looking for other entrepreneurs to answer general questions as well. A few questions I have for Dog Daycare owners:

-When you first opened, how many employees did you have?
-What did you pay to open and renovate a location for your business?
-Do you allow non-stop play for your dogs or do you give them breaks?
-If you do give then breaks how do you contain them? In crates? Are the crates a built in structure or are them just standard crates you would buy from a pet store?
-How do you organize your crates/kennels to optimize your available space?

General questions for business startup:

-How do you manage payroll? Do you utilize a certain software?
-How do you make the government aware of your employees?
-How does the government get your employee related taxes?
-How does the government receive sales taxes?
-How difficult is it to get a bank loan with alright credit and no real business experience or capital?

Any answers would be appreciated!
