Any Ideas on making money online?

Well there are many ways to make money online. I too have done this but you must be careful in taking the steps. I advise you to make money online from what I have done. There are many good ideas and different ways to earnsidecash.com . You can also find affiliate marketing and people discussing their own creative ideas to make it big in the online world from the place I began. Hope that you would find it useful.

There are so many threads on this topic, and rightfully so. Everyone wants to make money sitting in a comfy chair in the confines of their own home with family. It is possible, but not easy. I've sort of lectured about this in the past.

First off, DO NOT be lured in to the "Surveys 4 Money" or the "Work from home and make a living" scams that people put out there. The eBay e-books and TV ads are exactly that...ADS. To make an honest, legal living off the computer is practical, but you need to go about it the right way. What is the right way you might ask...well, that is subjective. You have to find something people want. Find something people are always interested in and give them a reason to use you or you're website. Alternatively, invest in something that is already successful. Taking a risk is the first step of any entrepreneur as we learned in the 8th grade of high school.

I'm not sure there is a "right" or "wrong" market to be in. Legality is of course the key. Don't get in trouble for something stupid like drop shipping fake Guccie purses from China to the US...just isn't worth it and it isn't the type of income you're even looking for.

As a former (and actually current also) college student, I know exactly what you feel. I've tried it all. I've been to the highest of highs and the lowest of lows. The truth is, whatever you decide TAKES TIME. Plan accordinly. Outline or build a business plan for something that interests you and then present it to someone (i.e. - lawyer, potential parnter, etc.). Do you're research though. Many things have already been thought of, and many things have already been successful or giant failures.

All in all, I guess my main point is pursue. Go take a chance. Don't put you're entire life savings into something and then have it flop, but plan something out and persuade someone into picking up the idea. Being educated is the single most important thing to do though.

Well, hopefully SOMETHING out of all that helped. Good luck with whatever you decide!

Ive tried a few, and been burnt a few times. For the UK, one of the most financially lucrative is mystery shopping I earning usually £8($16) a time. This is the only one so far that I have found that works, the other is actually selling your stuff on ebay just find stuff in your home and just sell it on ebay or if you have a service such as search engine optimisation you can post a classified ad on ebay.
Thats it I can think off, my experience with affiliate ads is they do work but are so competitive the only real way to promote them is through google adwords and there is alot of competition. If you choosing affiliate ad promotion, the best way to promote them is get a domain that is short and easy to remmember and redirect your affiliate ad to the domain. Than promote offline in local newspapers, flyers etc.

    I think the real question is;

Are you trying to make a "few extra dollars online"?

    or

Are you looking to build a business?

If you are just looking to supplement your income you'll have to look very cautiously through all the various offers and try not to be taken advantage of. I'm a bit paranoid, so I use some very simple (and rather obvious) filters.

    1. If they want you to "pay to play", don't do it. Although it does take money to make money, one must learn how to spend money wisely, where to invest. Paying $19.95 on somebody's "miracle" money making system will probably only lose you 20 bucks, and not make to any money.

    2. Be cautious of anything that promises to make you rich for no or very little effort. Any job, even the high paying one you think your gonna "get" for graduating college (the dirty little secret is that high paying promising careers are not handed out at graduation, sorry), is about trading your time and effort for money, usually at someone else's convenience. The idea that you'll just sit back and watch your bank account grow just for signing up is not reality.

    3. If, upon reading about the deal, it is not clear how you are gonna make money, it's probably not something you want to do.

    4. If it involves you doing something that you would not readily do on your own (i.e. - spamming, direct sales, selling to your friends and family, up-selling, etc.) don't get involved in it, you'll just feel dirty at the end of the day.

    5. Use your gut. If it feels weird, don't get involved.

Like I said, these things may seem obvious, but when your desperate for fast cash, your likely to try most anything once to make money. Remember your ethics. If you haven't drawn lines in the sand defining what you will or won't do yet, do so before you do anymore searching.
Conservative opinions from someone who thinks a little differently than most.

I think affiliate program is a better shot. I heard a lot of stories that people make money from affiliate program but not doing survey. At least I don't believe in making money through survey.

Actually I'm on my way to learn how to make money from affiliate marketing too. So far this is the information that I collected:

    1. Select a topic or field that you have passion and some basic know how.
    2. Do some market research and find out what is the problem that most people have and ask in this topic.
    3. Search and understand your targeted audience especially their problems and demands.
    4. Search around the net and look for products or services that can help them and they are really demand on this
    5. Apply to be their affiliate partner.
    6. Have a marketing plan that will show your expertise to your targeted audience and help them to solve problem.
    7. Take action to test and improve your marketing plan accordingly.

PS: I extracted this information from a post in my blog : Build Your Passive income from Affiliate Program

I used to do this during the sumer

Wake up at 6:00AM on sat/sun.
have at least $300 in cash differnt bills.
Go to a high end neighborhood.
drive around (we are looking for garage sales)
find lots of goods ( workout things/ tech's/ home goods/ bikes antique ECT...
BARGIN!!! really low, trust me people will littery give there goods away!
once you bought the items, go to craigslist- too your local city and dale the items for profit!

Sounds so simple and unorignal, but it really brings in good money for the time you invest.

Example: last week, this dude sold me a 40GAL tank with all the accessories ( filter/light/heater/gravel) for $10.00,
later the day i put it up for $85.00 and told it the same night!
