Talking SugarCRM?
Just curious if anyone else uses SugarCRM for customer relationship management, lead management, order tracking, issue tracking, etc.

I use it to handle all of the above, including gathering leads from a web form on one of our sites. The web form sends the data straight to Sugar and populates the fields I designate...quite sweet! I'd love it if I could get it to interact with the PayPal confirmations for orders.

Anyway, I was just curious if anyone else uses this. I'm really in need of an inventory control system, but don't know what to try. I'm a big fan of open source, so if you know of anything, let me know.

I had VTiger CRM set up for awhile which is built off of the SugarCRM system. I never got into the habit of really using it though. I will probably get SugarCRM up and running and try using it soon.
