Need more detail on what exactly you're trying to accomplish and what you're doing now.
Very often it appears that you need to start with management education or replacement rather than employees.

Try to show them that you are not really a boss for them.. Show that your also a friend for them.. show that you are fun to be with.. If you have a relationship like this with your employee.. they will be motivated in a good way..

Bonuses, flexible work hours, perhaps theme days. I used to work for a company that had prizes for outstanding work such as a holiday away.
All good ideas on here by the way that can really help out

I agree with all those who quoted leadership and example. The head guy sets the tone for the group and the set of acceptable behavior. Fairness, honesty and respect are very important, but not that easy to accomplish since every one of us is human.

Finding objective ways to judge performance, not based on opinion help, which in itself helps to establish fairness and equity.

Other than that, I always enjoy games and contests - but they have to be real, fair (once again) with worthwhile rewards, so they aren't regarded as a joke or unwinnable because "everyone knows it's fixed anyway." Good spirited, lighthearted competition within the group can make work very, very fun.

Lou Holtz said once, "Motivation is simple: You eliminate those who aren’t motivated."

Here's the tips for you. It may be help to you.

1. Provide a positive working environment;
2. Recognize, reinforce, and reward each individual's efforts;
3. Involve everyone (Listen to Employees);
4. Develop the potential of your workforce;
5. Evaluate and measure continuously.
