What you used it for.

I'll start with my example...

Site: Elance
Outsourcing: Design work - Introductory Marketing Material
Liked: Easy to navigate site
Didn't like: Service Provider simply didn't do what they said they would.
Wish: a feedback system that was better connected with reality. 100 transactions with 20 feedback responses does not make for an accurate reputation.


I ask because I want to build a better system.
I believe people should be recognized and rewarded based on their ability to Get Stuff Done.
I believe that a person's reputation is their greatest business asset.

BUT... I don't have all the answers, so would appreciate your feedback.

I won't wax poetic here about what I have done differently on Me-2-B, because this is about YOUR experiences.
