I think management largely depends on your preferred field. For example, managing fork lift drivers is much different than managing an office.

The SMART plan is the way to go. Still you're very vague. Be more specific. I have a background in management and perhaps I can help you. I run my own company now and that is ALL about management in various forms.

Please do not do this to a child! They deserve the chance to live a NORMAL life. Doing such dispicable things will not give them that right. I was born with spina bifida and even though I need help taking care of myself my parents WOULD NEVER think of doing this to me. I also have several friends with cp and they mostly can take care of themselves. Of course some are worse off, but please don't put a child through this!

Focus on SMART and POIC (Planning, Organizing, Leading and Controlling) and keep your employees satisfied and also try to develop smooth communication road in the organization and give importance to the suggestion and complaints from the functional level employees and give them a chance to give suggestions and provide them favorable working environment.
