Hello My name is Richard Sanchez. I am currently in pursue of starting my own Artist Management Company. I currently manage a College Radio Show that wishes to be on a mainstream station as well as a couple of local artist who wish to get signed to a major or indie label. Since I reside in a very urban city in (northern New Jersey) like area I come across alot of artist in the genre of hiphop/rap and R&B. I've contacted people who have companies like the one I wish to start and have gotten some tips and advice about approaches they have taken as a startup.
