Are there any good IT companies that offer support remotely?
I work for a company that has an in-house IT staff but they are constantly overworked and take forever to get to all of our requests. I am wondering if any of you have had experience with remote IT? I don't want to replace my current in-house IT but need some help with network services. If someone can give me suggestions for a good IT company with quality remote support, I would appreciate it.

As long as the remote boys have full, unrestricted access there is not a big problem. And you want them to be able to call the inhouse team in case of hardware issues.

Our company has remote IT, and it works for us. We are not a big company though, that might be something to take into account.

Our company has been outsourcing IT services to assist our in-house team for almost a year now. We've been using Best IT's remote services and they have proven to be very effective ever since. We are very pleased with their work. They're not only reliable, but very friendly and helpful in assisting as well. They know what they're doing and execute flawlessly all the time. Check them out at BestIT.com

Our organization has global operations and the remote infrastructure management services are handled by GTSS. After GTSS took over the IT infrastructure management, there is a cut in the operating costs and lower investment in tool ownership and upgradation.

Browsing the web alone, there are a lot of good, qualified IT companies out there. But what size is your company? And what particular services are you looking for exactly? Would any US based company be alright? Or do you prefer local? Determining these factors, plus your budget of course, will all help in determining the right IT company that will perfectly fit the needs of your company.

Hi, I've also been looking into remote support. I own an e-commerce company and thus rely heavily on my server; I currently have a couple IT members in house but would like to outsource a company to help my team fix and maintain the server. So far I've been pointed in the direction of Best IT, and while I do like what I see on their website, I'd like to compare a bit more before going with them. Any recommendations?
