Anyone familiar with Section 105 Spousal HRAs?

I'm a sole proprietor looking to hire my wife in Texas. I need a sample form to use to form an HRA (health reimb. acct) and need to know all the details of how to do and if there are any regulations specific to Texas. Not many people know about these, even though they've been around since the 1950s. Most sites online just want to sell you a form and not explain how to do it.

I know what you mean about not being able to find particular forms or information other than those services that plug and chug for you and charge more than you would have spent doing it yourself.
