Really? I've had workers on it all day tweaking things here and there...I just logged on no problem...
I take it down once a day to clear bandwidth and stuff like that, but only in the middle of the night/morning...Eastern Standard Time.
www.PlayersOfAmerica.com
www.CappersOfAmerica.com
Give it a try again for me, never had any issues with my host whatsoever...

I will move this site today for the first $6,000 offer. My site profited more than that figure in its first year and I have financial thumbnails to prove. Solid client base, must move.

Your website is not worth more than 50 bucks to us here on YE.
Your site is only a year and 4 months old, with a page rank of 1 with only 61 backlinks....
Your alexa rank is well over 3 million so you get little to no traffic. I would be surprised if you get 2 unique hits a day.

Its about customers...client base. I'm not worried about hits. Of course, new users won't hit me site because they don't know about it and my client/customer base depends on my advertising. I've made more than my asking price in my first season...I'd go out on a limb and say it is worth a little more than $50.
Thanks for your input, though.

Why is your site worth $6,000? What factors did you consider when coming up with this figure?
Also, buyers might take you more seriously if you were to list some vital stats about the site such as unique visitors per day, page views per month, revenue per month, etc.

It isn't worth $6,000...it is worth much more. The one factor that means the most is my net profit from ONE SPORT SEASON (MLB). I cleared more than my asking price in one season alone...all the others were just more profit. The reason I've dropped the price to this amount is because apparantly the opportunity wasn't enough at the higher price I was asking. If I go advertise this price outside of this forum, I have no doubt that it will sell, and probably rather quickly. However I like this place and the title alone says it all "Young Entrepreneurs." Giving someone an opportunity to make money is warm hearted in my eyes. If I should move on from here, so be it...that is what I will do. The stats/traffic flow don't do justice. Just because I'm not some bogged down blog with millions of advertisements doesn't mean this place isn't make money (and more than those blogs). Its about client base...this is a business. Someone walking into your store and not buying something isn't business, and those hits don't mean anything to an industry like the one I am in. Sales and potential are what are important. As always, thanks for your input.
I've got the evidence, information, etc. if anyone needs it. Won't post on public forum so must communicated via email or something. Thanks.

Why don't you post it on an auction website and post screenshots like everyone else does that's got a site to sell? It just seems shady to me if you don't. There's a guy lurking on the forum who has a place you can do it for free - can't remember who it was (someone help me with that).
Who wants to buy something substantial via PM's? List it somewhere and be legit about it.

I understand that, but how not the respect for wanting to do it privately? These aren't exactly public figures. I have no problem at all exchanging screen shots, giving the stats of the place, etc. via email or some other form...but not on an auction or public forum where people are just browsing constantly. I like to protect myself...and in a business like this that is never bad.

Be that as it may, you still need to allow people to bid/purchase through a proper channel that binds you to sell the site and binds them to buy it. Without that, too much can go wrong.
