It's in no way a lawsuit. I actually asked John himself if he was interested in the name. He simply replied that he wasn't. And if it was a legal issue, can you imagine how many other John Chow's would sue him if he won? Cmon now, use your head.

I take it you have never visited Nissan.com. If you are in the USA, it does not matter what legal rights you think you have. All it takes is finding a judge that disagrees with you or in anyway thinks differently and the other side has a case. Whether they have a winning case is a whole different story, but winning case or not, it WILL COST YOU A TON!

6. Believe that losing, or even being in, a lawsuit will cost you millions (it can only cost you what you're worth)...and if you're 1-5 on this list it's likely you aren't worth much. Btw, for the ppl that are 1-5, being in a lawsuit under self representation costs you zero money. Courthouses do have cover charges like a night club.

Seems like a lot of hassle for a $40 domain name where you would only buy it to create a blog that tries to copy a successful blog. Don't people like blogs cause they provide unique content? But happy bidding everyone, I'm not much of a blogger myself
