Visit-Southwest-Florida.com FOR SALE!

I created this site several months back and have run out of time for it.

It is a travel site that focuses on what's available in the beautiful SW Florida. The content already there is good although it is not fnished. Much effort has been put nto its creation.

There are affiliate/commision programs already running (CJ.com and Amazon.co.uk) and large travel companies such as Expedia, Lastminute.com, Hotelopia etc etc which can all be easily managed at CJ.com. Commisions depend on whether there is just a lead or an actual complete purchase. It offers very good commision.

The optimization is the biggest downfall and is the area where most attention is needed. It has no page rank etc. With some expertise and hard work here the site could do very well out of commision. I was also running some adsense but terminated it as i thought it took away from the look of the site (it's always an option though).

The site is hosted etc and registered through Homestead.com who are very good. There are some email addresses and the option for as many more as you lik. It is easily edited through their SiteBuilder, even online for when you're away from home. Its costing just $19.99 pm.

I'm not expecting any huge amount for it but am open to offers because i think its wasted potential that somebody else could be doing well with. I would also consider handing it over to someone for FREE with the agreement that they cover all or some of the monthly fee and that i would have stake in future profits.

Please contact me with any queries.
