I'm selling Stayfitforum.com. You can check out the link in my sig. I'm not sure how much it's worth, but make an offer if you're interested. The front page is set up as a blog to generate traffic through social bookmarking. The forum is set up so that each topic can have it's own seperate sponsor. I think it has alot of potential to have it's own store as well to bring a bigger income. It just needs a little bit of Search Engine Optimization and you should be set to go!

so far I've only made 1.92, haha. I haven't done any marketing or anything like that. It's pretty much a domain name for sale with a front page blog and forum already setup for someone.

from what I've read, those estimators don't really work well. the only was to get a real appraisal is to pay for a personal one. I'm not saying my site's worth more than that, just letting you know that those programs may not be very reliable if you're using them for actual business.

brownbob06 is right, those estimators are fun to play with, in fact dnScoop.com does return some decent statistics about the site for researching purposes, however; they are completely useless when trying to put a real world value on your site/domain.

bob, youre very typical, ecspecially on here.
people want to start some sort of blog/forum, realize it takes work to build up, then want to try to sell it for pennies.
anything worthwhile takes time to grow, dont give up because it takes more work than you originally thought
