I am looking to sell my very promising site that only has the potential to go up in value.

The domain has been around for at least 5 years. It has great traffic coming into it and its monetized by adsdaq, adsense and private ad sales.

I thought I would emphasize more on the site. I don't have it listed on here due to the fact that I don't want the search engines picking up. The site isn't new and is based on keywords. The revenue is coming from adsense, adsdaq and private ads sales.
I have only had the domain since December/January, but its been around since 2003.
How I have managed the traffic, I sent it out to all my political science buddies and its just created that virally, I've focused on the keywords, directory submission and one way back links. I also ping it incessantly.

If its agreed upon, I'll go ahead and throw in 6 months of blog postings (That I've already created but I will be more than happy to set up the automated so all you have to do is minimal work)
