how many unique visitors do you get a month and is it 150-200 per site or both off them how much are you paying for hosting and are you advertising this site and how.

The $150-200 is per site. I'm currently only getting around 1000 uniques per month on each site. I am hosting the sites on my own server so whoever buys the site can move it to their own server otherwise we can come to an arrangement to keep it hosted on my servers. I have not done any advertising with the sites for at least a year but I used to do a lot. I freely distributed articles with links to these sites, posted forum links and paid for advertising on some web hosting directory sites. Both sites had a PR of 6 in 2006.
