I've purchased one full site. I've purchased a 50% state in another company. I’m working on developing a completely new site with one other person. Finally, I’m negotiating prices on two other sites.
*All the sites that I’ve purchased are active sites with traffic and some small amounts of income. This of course excludes the site that is being created from scratch.

I don’t plan on seeing profit or even income for 90+ days. I want to get all the sites done and then have one organization do all the Search Engine Optimization. I ‘think’ that I’ve strategically purchased sites that can share from joint SEO and marketing. If I can get all these deals done by this spring then I should show a profit in early 2009.

If I can stop changing my programmer’s projects every week then I may be able to launch the site for the company I bought a 50% stake in by March 1st. I’ve either created a nice network of sites and companies or I’ve pissed away $20K… the jury is still out on that one.

My name is Grady King, sole owner and part operator of PlayersOfAmerica.com. Players of America is a sports handicapping/sports advice service much like you hear about in Vegas. Alternatively, we are located in the Eastern Time Zone. I opened this site almost a year ago because of my love for the three major sports (baseball, basketball, football). My first season was baseball last year and I absolutely smoked it. I saw more and more clients signing up and my sales were sky rocketing. I'm a college student and I plan to graduate within the next few months. I firmly believe I could turn this corporation into a full time job, but I plan to reopen something like this up after I get out into the business world a bit more.

With that being said, I'm interested in selling PlayersOfAmerica.com as well as CappersOfAmerica.com (they are mirror sites, both go to same location. Just purchased two names for promotional purposes). I am not looking to get rich quick, and I'm looking for THE RIGHT BUYER. I refuse to "screw over" my current clients by just tossing this thing out to anyone. I've got quite a list of clientel that comes with the package, as well as a nearly purchased hosting package (about a week ago) and a complete website redesign (with admin, handicapper and client logins). I wish I had the time to dedicate to this thing because it is my love and life (as sad as that sounds). Anyways, if you're interested, I'd like to discuss a potential transaction off of the forum. I am releasing this at a VERY, VERY reasonable price and I'm an easy guy to work with. However, if you are interested in these sites that are BIN - $700 or BIN - $900 and are making a few bucks a day, please don't waste your time or mine by contacting because this is the real deal (not downgrading any other sites, just saying this is a bit larger).

Anyone who knows sports is capable of making decisions and researching (aka "handicapping). I didn't really expect YOU to run the website entirely by yourself. I figured you would hire worthy personel or even turn around and sell it right away (since it seems like that is what you do).

Ahhh.. Ok... I gotcha... not a bad idea. I'm anti-gambling (personally)... let me put some feelers out see if I know anyone.... Hit me back up in a few months... I have a few projects in the works, but I would be interested in talking again.
