I am currently entertaining offers on my college student health and fitness blog - Student Fitness - Tips for Students about Campus Fitness

I've had it for a few months now. I post articles often and actually just got 2 writers to join the team (unpaid).

This is a tight niche market where I have little competition but high demand for our information. I was planning on developing a product/service line - which I still may do if I don't sell.

I'm looking to sell because I just picked up a part-time job with a tech startup and could use alittle extra time, if I don't sell I'll still hang on to it and develop it.

I get around 100 unique visitors per day. I have adsense, clickbank and paydotcom on the website however I really think - especially with this target audience, that a more focused product/service would really do the trick. Still makes a few dollars a week from adsense.

All traffic is organic. I do alot of Search Engine Optimization and keyword analysis. Alittle traffic from facebook, forums and blog top lists.

as of so far I have not had much luck with affiliates. So, the only revenue thus far has been from adsense. Monthly... 10 - 20 bucks. On adsense alone.

Asking price would be difficult for me to say, I actually just got another writer so now I have a team of 3 unpaid writers which I think will really help keep the stream of content consistent. You have to keep in mind that I'm not selling a simple site, it's a business system and I think it's worth 250 or so? Again... I'm open to hearing offers, if someone disagrees with me - than make me an offer. If you want to BIN than make me an offer I can't refuse
