$30 USD for a site valuation? I'm no expert on site valuations, but I'd imagine it is fairly similar to business valuations...which cost a wee bit more than $30. Think you could explain your HUGELY discounted price? Maybe even provide an example or two. I am actually in the process of determining a value for a site I am looking to purchase, so I am genuinely interested, just skeptical.
