What to do and how to sell a Business?????

So I am working on selling HydroWerx, but I have no idea on how to do it or where I should look for the right buyer.

Any advice and or help is greatly appreciated.

There is no physical assets to the company, just websites, registered trademarks, emails, and a phone number.

Firstly you'd need to value your site

Then search on google for places to list a website for sale or company, they're are plenty out there.

Do you have any revenue? a product? or website traffic?
You will need to document all of the above if you do.
If not you will need to document why someone will want to purchase your website/trademarks etc. The market potential of water for gas products etc...
