I have a company in Taiwan that translates Chinese Web sites into English. We have just started translating English websites into Chinese.
FYI, most Chinese who buy on the net have accounts set up with US banks as well as Paypal. They also get much of what they buy shipped to California, Taiwan, or Hong Kong. They like and want American products. But since 99% of all websites in USA and UK are in English they are just ignored.
China has 1 Billion customers and the companies that get in first will stick with the Chinese.
