Yes the site would make a profit 50% better if I kept it for 3 months, I don't want to keep it for 3 months I like my new project and I want to focus on it, it provides better a return.
I suggest posting the site's URL, traffic proofs, income proofs and a description of the site. Then go to Sitepoint and start an auction and include as many details in your offer as possible. Failing to include details as critical as the site's URL and traffic info is why this offer crashed and burned. You need to be completely up front, investors will interpret a vague offer as a scam. Good luck with your sale.

the reason he is selling for $1,000 is because he made $100 in September and $500 in October. that is not long term proven sales evidence. maybe October was a fluke in which case $1,000 doesn't seem cheap anymore.

i'm just surprised that there are people out there willing to pay $100 for an e-book. that must be one amazing sales pitch webpage.

just looked at the website... not to be too harsh, but that website isn't worth $100 let alone $1,000. a beginner can build that page in 10 minutes. and i find it hard to believe 6 people paid $100 for an e-book after viewing that webpage.
while the rich jerk is a scam, at least his webpage can sucker people in.
