wordpress complete with autoblog and multiple templates. It has a lot of good stuff into it like adsense and affiliate links. Asking for $500. The hosting is free for a whole year.

A realistic price would probably be $40.

You need to increase the traffic to the site, use a uniquely developed wp template, not a free one; don't use autoblog, unique content is critical; you need to monetize the site, unless it is a very well developed unique app or something like that, no one is going to pay $500 for a site with no revenue - if the site remained as is, to sell it for $500 it would need to be making $50-60 per month. I sold a wordpress blog that ran on autoblog for $500 but it had been earning $50 per month from adsense for over 6 months.

Sorry too expensive, agree with namedia $40.00 maybe still steep in comparison to what's on Ebay!!!!

I do feel that website reselling can be very profitable based on past experience, the key is to be able to look at a website and its stats and have a value in mind and do a deal with the owner for below that value then sell to another buyer for that value which you had in mind.
