I have a domain in my portfolio which was originally going to be used for a fashion retail website but due to unforeseen circumstances I have had to cancel the project.

Now I have a domain which is a play on the word Underground, it has had no previous branding so you do not have to worry about marketing to make people aware of a re-brand.

I'm not going to release a guide price, however I have an idea of how much I'm going to sell for.

Automated Domain Valuation services give a very low valuation of this domain as it can not spot the play on words, so those valuations should largely be ignored.
