Both domains are registered at GoDaddy, and both expire Feb. 22. Because they expire so soon, the asking prices have been lowered.

LandShuffle.com
Purchased with the intention of developing a FSBO (For Sale By Owner) land listing (Rural, Farm, Commercial) site.


Both domains are easily brandable and have great potential for development.

I'm too busy running Surmounted.NET, I never would of imagined I wouldn't be able to get around to begin developing the sites listed above, but I never had the time.

Soo.. Neither site has any content, neither site has any recorded traffic history. Both domains were purchased, little to no development, and forgotten about.

Either way, these are two highly brandable and easily remembered domains so their value is only what someone is willing to pay for them.
