Most of the website buying community values a site based on a multiple of the monthly earnings. How much does your site make per month or how much has it made this month?

Since it's so new you won't get a very high multiple. Even more, you could probably only sell it as a startup site.

I think that websiteoutlook valuation tool is a bit dodgy, it got the stats of my website totally wrong. Your valuation should be based on the revenue of the site or the potential it has to earn revenue, for example, if your site is a pr2, you may be able to sell 5 links for $10 each a month, so the revenue would be $50/month, in which case, depending on the age of the site, the valuation could vary from anywhere between $100 and $1000.

Don't use free valuation tools, they're not accurate.

I just used websiteoutlook to look up a few of my sites... its wwwwaaaayyyyy off.. I could only wish my sites were worth as much as they say. A site is only worth what someone is willing to pay for it. I know people hate hearing that but it the truth. If you want to valuate your site... put it up for sale and see what kind of offers you get.

    Wassup,

I think your website is very well put together, there are a few glitches but other than that, it's really nice. Keep up the good work.
