Sorry but I do not see this domain worth even half of what you want. Subcontast may be a play on words but it has 1. no search traffic. and 2. no meaning that would be helpful in any industry.
I wish you the best of luck but unless someone already had a company with this name (which they could petition for the rights to it anyways) there is little to no interest in it.

Well that's your oppinion and you are entitled to have that. I dissagree though, I can see a long row of possible use of this domain and not only if you have a company by that name...
