Street Art site

I'm new to the forum but it has really got me thinking about how much my own site it worth.

I run a street art website - concrete-canvas.com. Last month we got over 300,000 hits with about 3000 unique visitors.

The main portion of the site is a blog and we have a very active forum. I'm currently generating revenue through the ads which other firms pay monthly for. I haven't put in adwords - no reason in particular. However, as the stats show I think there could be a lot of money generated through it should someone put some time in to get ads correctly.

So, what would be a reasonable price to ask for it?

Simple, with very vivid images.

No ad sense or PPC (Pay Per Click) ? How about Affiliates that are related to the people viewing this site, such as sites that may offer art supplies or similar products. Since you seen to have some traffic I'd definitely would take advantage of that, then sell it or maybe it will start making enough so you might not want to sell it.
