    Social Networks For Sale

I have 2 social networking websites for sale. One is a sports social network - The Home of Sport - ubersportz.com sports community, sports information, sports betting and more! and the other is an online shopping mall and shopping social network - wheresmysale.com - The Online Shopping Social Network

wheresmysale.com currently has monthly earnings of $40 (around $500 p/year np) and has only been established 2 full months. It generates between 1000 and 5000 visits per month. I am selling this site for offers over $1000 although I am negotiable. This site has great potential in the hands of a motivated individual or group and you could easily make your investment back + more in just a few months.

ubersportz.com is an australian sports social network that also has lots of great informative sports content. I am asking more this site as it has a large amount of potential in the hands of the right owner/s in the australian sports media industry. I have a whole bunch of good quality sports content that has not been put on the site yet but will be included in the price. This site has not yet been monetized. It comes with a business plan and proposed corporate sponsors. This site gets between 2000 and 10000 visits per month and has been established 6 months. The price is $30,000 negotiable.

I am happy to give ongoing support with both these sites and will be happy to add in any requirements/development requests you may have that will make these sites more buyable for you.

    Thanks,
    Hamish

Hi, you posted a message on my forum thread regarding the websites I have for sale. What information would you like? I am also decreasing the price of these websites if you are interested in purchasing.

    Cheers,
    Hamish

To bring the price more in line with the current revenue of $40/mo, $3000 seems a bit extreme.

The average selling price of revenue generating websites is between 24-36 months worth of revenue. So a more reasonable asking price would be between $960-$1440. I'm sure you could ask for a little bit more considering the time and work involved in development, but I just wanted to throw out some offers that may attract some more attention. Regardless, good luck with your sale.

That seems like a fair evaluation - I will drop the price to $1000 for wheresmysale.om. The price for ubersportz.com is now 30,000. This price is not based on revenue, rather the development, content and potential that the site holds. It's like a lion in a cage and I just need to give someone the key.
