I am opening a brick and mortar business that is taking all my time so I am getting rid of a bunch of sites.

It has tons of content, up to the minute snow reports, trick tips, etc.

All set up with tons of affiliate links that I will pass on.

It does, but unfortunately I am lazy and have all my sites linked to one affiliate account so I can't tell exactly. I would estimate around a hundred a month, but like I said I can't prove it.

It's priced without revenue taken into account, it would cost a lot more than $200 to have a site this big developed.

what about traffic?

Not a lot of traffic, about 100 unique visitors a week. I basically developed it and abandoned it, but it is a year old and on the first page for a few keywords like "get sponsored snowboarding" so google definitely likes it.

You could easily hook it up to a news feed and update it a bit more and the traffic would increase real fast. It is built from day one with SEO in mind, it just needs to be jump started a bit.

I'll also be available to whoever buys it for a few months while you get the affiliate links all changed and get your feet wet with it.
