You have to consider the opportunity costs of doing it yourself - you are spending valuable time trying to learn something that will take quite some time to get good at. Rather, it would make more sense to spend your time doing what you do best and earning money, and using that money to pay an expert.

I have a variety of "experts" working for me in house. From web designers, photographers, financial managers, ect. Yes it is possible for me to take on some of those tasks, but instead I need to be focusing on building the business rather than handling those other tasks. People can command high wages because of their skill level.

When it comes to web design, it makes sense to do it right the first time. I've wasted tens of thousands of dollars on having the wrong people do my sites for me.
