Selling Unique Supplement Website

I'm selling my website, and the inventory with it. I designed my own natural supplement that is unique and does not exist. It boosts energy, increases focus, improves memory, and reduces stress. Using all natural and healthy ingredients. Each capsule is vegetarian friendly and kosher friendly. I've optimized the website so it comes up on the top 10 on a few search engines for many keywords relating to the topic. All organic traffic. I do not have time or money to put into marketing this company further, if someone does, I believe it can result in very high cash flow. I also did some SEO recently, that has not taken effect yet. High profit margin.

It doesn't exist? I don't understand why you are selling it if it so great? You say it could 'result in very high cash flow', (I'll assume you mean revenue). If you haven't got enough money to market the product further, why don't you raise some? Get a bank loan, talk to V.Cs?

Yes, I mean revenue. I refuse to do a loan, especially in this kind of market. V.Cs, are difficult to come by, and take too much time, I do not have time, I'm busy, I have other obligations and don't have time for my company. I would rather sell it, then let it sit.

Your product does not exist? So essentially whoever purchases this website would have to manufacture a drug based around this website?

Sorry, I did not phrase that correctly, i designed the formula, had it manufactured and I am selling the inventory with it. When I say it does not exist, I mean this formula is unique, because I designed it, and no one else sells this product.
