Monthly Income $34.97 in May '09.

Most of the traffics from Google search engine and Yahoo search engine.

1) Currently rank #10 of keyword "Piping Work" in Google.com with the competition of 20,800,000. Rank is increasing day by day right now.

2) Rank #1 of keyword "Piping Work" in Yahoo.com.

Keyword "Piping Work" has a monthly average of 6600-8100 searches with CPC $0.80 - $1.00 as shown in Google Adwords Keyword Tool.

Fair enough price but not a site that interests me personally.

Hi tom-knox, it doesn't require to update quite often, update once 2 week or 1 month should be no problem, as long as Google doesn't treat u as a dead blog.

I hope I get to sell it soon too as I have new project on hand now, need some cash to invest and might be busy this few days.
