Just wondering why someone would want to set up an illegal website based on drugs or achol? If your selling illegal drugs your not going to want a website to promote yourself, are you?

Look at the prices. I am in India and asked some cheap decent programmers about these prices. They were shocked at these prices even though it is only for a static site.
