if you say 8,000+ uniques it should be for more then 1 month... becuz the month before you had under 1,000 uniques.

No, I said "8000+ uniques this MONTH" and that's only for THIS MONTH. That doesn't include any other months. As you can see in the traffic stats, it has 8000+ uniques for APRIL 2009.

Just so I'm clear, since you already have mods in place who take care of maintenence, etc. the person buying the site would just own and operate it? IE - control, advertise, expand, and oversee. Things of that nature?

I am definitely interested and could potentially pursue BIN price, just want to hash out all the details of the turnover process, first.

What code did you use? Are you using MySql as the db? I'd BIN if you can tell me this info

It's a heavily modified discontinued theme, so the basis one called "Dark Night" can never be found or used again. It's uniquely modified and there's no other forum with the same template. I will send you a .zip file of the theme with purchase of the site.
