i have recently come into posession of a domain in the mortgage/realestate/foreclosure niche with the following stats according to G's adwords tool:

Local searches last month (exact) 135,000
Global average Search volume (exact) 110,000
Estimated CPC:$4.53
G Results for query: 834K

This domain clearly has massive potential. If you are interested in obtaining it, please let me know by PM or ask your questions here. I'm quite happy to develop it myself but am also willing to pass it on for a quick sale if there is a suitable offer.

Obviously opportunites to secure domains like this don't come up very often, especially .coms so please only enquire if you're serious.

FYI, this domain just got indexed and went straight to #24 in G.

It's currently a very simple single page website and about 2 incoming links. With even a little link bulding and a few additional pages of relevant content this domain will be on Pg 1 in no time.

Hi CGM,

Something seems to have happened to my login so I've had to start a new account.

I've now started adding content to the domain and begun link building, the content gets indexed and links start showing up I expect it to go onto pg1.
