Hi everyone

A partner and I are looking to buy a fully developed website. We will also consider a joint venture for anyone looking for capital.

Our investment criteria is as follows:

1. Price range between $2,000 and $10,000.
2. Currently profitable >$200/month.
3. Relatively easy to update and manage (intermediate technical skills).

we have several sites that fit ur criteria. actually, we will like if u become our partners rather than acquire our site completely. we r willing to sell upto 50%. if u definitely want 100% acquisition, that can be discussed.
