Don't use these guys. Worst people in the world. I had a few questions I was asking them, they got all mad, blocked me and terminated my ticket.

Unprofessional, I wouldn't trust the person who runs the website probably some 14 year old kid.

Very rude, Unprofessional, Lack of Intelligence, And just plain dumb when handling business. I had 10 jobs for them at 100$ = $1,000 for ad runs and they treated me with complete disregard. I would not use this company if my life depended on it; if you want to give these guys your money, good luck with poor, rude, unprofessional service you will ever get. Ask them 2 questions about their services = banned.

If I was you I would just start my business with a simple written logo and then when I got big, I would get a professional logo.

I would tend to disagree. A business logo is the first thing your customer will see...be it a sign, business card, website, Facebook page...this will be the image that the customer recalls in their mind when think of your business. If you ever have played the app game called LOGO...it's a perfect example of how company Logos correlate directly with how many people identify a company or brand.

Designing a memorable logo could mean the difference between a consumer remembering you or your competition.
