Looking for a quick sell

Hey guys!

I own the site PanaOnline.Us and I'm looking to sell it cheap.

The site gets about 6,000 views per month and has no AdSense in place yet. 2,000 uniques monthly too. It's easy to maintain and we lose about 10 links per day and gain around 100 or so. The domain name is 8 years old and the directory itself has been up for 3 or 4 months. It makes $40 per month and has potential to make more through AdSense. It has also been Search Engine Optimized.
