    Logo Design

We are offering up some quality logo design at cheap prices. The charge is currently $30 per logo however we will negotiate if need be. Here is a slice of our portfolio to have a look at. We can customize any design under the sun, we can do buttons, banners, advertising etc.

Please view the attachments for some examples. Yes we are charging more than some other offers on here but we are showing our proven portfolio. Also, we are negotiable. PM me for details.

    Thanks

Well they were designed to customer preferences and our customers were pleased with what they got. Very pleased. Thats what counts. Obviously there is going to be a difference between a logo designed for a business with a marketing budget of $100 and one with a marketing budget of $100,000. We design and price based on the nature of the business. The yellow bay 2 bush logo was done to mimick a business card that had already been designed and bought in quantity. He didn't want to spend the uneccessary money to get another set of business cards so we gave him what we wanted.

This is really not a friendly environment. Nothing but pessimism and negativity. In your eyes they may be terrible but not to our customers. If a customer is unhappy with their logo then we redesign it til it is what they are after. I would also like to know on what grounds you are calling these terrible? On what grounds is the VIC logo terrible? On what grounds is the NAM logo terrible? Can you give me some 'expert' opinion on this? Please specify reasons why and don't just make wild remarks. Arguments need validation.

Also, I am 16 years old. The jobs I do aren't for big budget firms or anything of the like. Our target is smaller budget enterprises and the business we have done so far is with these smaller businesses whose clients aren't analysts of the perfect logo.

To me i have no clue what the difference is between an expensive logo and a low budget one. I think it depends on the skills, abilities, creativeness and experience a designer has with his logos. Since I have no skill in this myself I give you the congrats that you are able to make money doing something you love. Thats true entrepreneurial spirit there. Sorry if I sounded rude before

Thats cool I understand. I am doing logo design and web design to get enough money to fully set up my advertising network project. I am not a real pro at it or anything but I know the basics and I provide the basics for those who just need the basics. I think $30 is a fair charge for the quality of what i provide however if not I would lower the price.

    Hey Namedia,

I think what you are doing is pretty good for a 16 year old who (I'm guessing) is just starting out in the design business. We all have to start somewhere and I think you have a good start. I would suggest getting a Photoshop book, a big one, a good one, and reading it cover to cover. Practice your skills, think outside the box. Most importantly, study other peoples' work, and try to mimic their styles, to create your own type of style.

I remember by designs when I was 16... Nothing too special either, but if you keep working on it, you'll turn the corner. I think that's what people are trying to say.

    Good luck!

I was going to write a pretty harsh review on your logos and pricing. As a experienced designer I was very put off by this.

But then I saw that your 16. You are still very young and have a lot to learn. If you want some tips on how to improve some of your design skills and work with brand management with future clients please PM I would be glad to help.

I dont want to be harsh to someone so young and not give them credit for trying.

Thanks for understanding guys. I have only been at this for a month and a bit. Would changing my price to $10 be reasonable? And webdesign for $50? until I am more experienced and can produce better quality.

I wouldn't suggest actually marketing anything quite yet. I would suggest that you learn as much as you can. A month is hardly any time at all when it comes to this stuff. If you are serious about this craft, you would do as much as possible to learn it to every detail fist, then try your luck in the market.

You have to remember, there are people who have been doing this for years, who have a lot more experience than you. You have to ask yourself, what makes your work that much more worthwhile than theirs? Especially if you have only been at it for this short amount of time.

Do you have a birthday coming up? I know X-Mas is. Ask your parents for Photoshop guidebooks from Waldenbooks, or other book stores. Learn everything you can, and like I said, study!

Hard work and learning your craft comes before the payoff. Remember that.

Another thing you could do, to learn more skills would be to Google "Photoshop Tutorials". There are a wealth of tutorials out there, and many websites offer a step by step guide to achieving the final result. You can learn a few basic skills that way, and form your own style from the skill set.
